Ability to filter activity

Components

Current there is a feed displayed on the left-hand side of the SteemHub chrome extension, this feature would involve adjustments to the application provide the ability to change the view of this feed.

Proposal

Currently, a feed is shown to the user on the left-hand side of the page within steemhub, within this feed the user has the ability to see various transactions related to their account. This includes things such as upvotes, new posts, comments etc. Currently, within this application, all of the different transactions are mixed in with one another. I propose the addition of a set of filters which allows a user to choose which items shown in their activity feed.

I propose that a new menu is added to the right of the activity feed which has various different transaction types shown on it with a checkbox, by default all of the different transactions would show, but when a user clicks on any of the different options it would become filtered to their selection. For example, if I was to select upvoted from the filter options it would only show upvote related transactions in the activity bar, it would hide transactions such as comments and posts.

Mockups / Examples

The following shows an example of how this feature could look:

Benefits

Currently, it can be hard to easily identify a set of particular transactions, If I'm trying to look at all of my upvote transactions they're mixed in with comments and posts etc. This can be annoying for a user because it makes a task harder than it should be and will essentially making looking at the activity log harder and longer if I need to find a particular piece of information, the benefit that this particular feature would provide is the ability to allow a user to have full flexibility surrounding what they can and can't see on their activity feed, this will allow them to personalise their activity feed with the transactions they deem important. This will take the application away from being a one size fits all approach to allowing a user choose how they want to use SteemHub which in turn should promote repeat use.
