Front Running Menu Option Only Available on Home Page

Expected behavior

You should have the ability to access the front-running menu option on all pages on the bot tracker site.

Actual behavior

You don't have access to the front-running menu option when the current page which you're on is the delegation calculator, curation estimator or bot owner config pages.

How to reproduce

  1. Visit https://steembottracker.com/
  2. Click on Tools in the top navigation
  3. View that front-running option is available
  4. Click on curation estimator
  5. Click on tools
  6. Note that front-running option isn't there.
  7. Repeat for bot-owner config and delegation pages.

Browser: Google Chrome (Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Operating system: MacOS HighSierra Version 10.13
