Multiple sign up & Sign in methods

Proposal

I propose the addition of further sign-up and login functionality to the site, current a user can sign up via email or facebook. I propose adding the ability to sign in via multiple different social & enterprise connections.

This could be achieved by a user a site could auth0 (https://auth0.com/) which would allow for simple integration into multiple different social connections without the need for a developer to integrate each of these manually.

For the purpose of this proposal, I suggest that the ability to sign in via Twitter, Microsoft, Google, and Steam is added to the site.

This would mean that a user would have the ability A) Sign up via any of those methods or B) Sign in via any of those methods.

The following shows an example of where the newly added social buttons could be placed in relation where the current social buttons are added.

Benefits

Having a feature such as this in the application helps onboard new users, it removes a possible barrier of adoption for a user by allowing them to easily and quickly sign up to a new site without needing to create new authentication details and register all of their information with a new site. Proving a user with a wide range of different options for sign up and sign in you also have the ability to select the option which works for them, currently if a user doesn't use Facebook this would mean they're forced to sign up with their email which they may not want to do, by having multiple different providers you're able to cater to everyone.
