After scrutinizing your contribution, I got to realized the suggested feature is too common and simple to incentivize.

Reasons

• The project is an Android application for generating Morse code ringtones

• The suggested feature does not go inline with the aim of the project

• There is absolute alternative way of assigning ringtones to contact via mobile settings functionality

• The point you stated out as benefit does not have much importance as the project was never meant to use mobile music for ringtones.

I appreciate your effort so much and i would love to see some improvement by suggesting features that will have better benefit and will be inline with the functionality of the project.
As a matter of fact suggestions that will have great benefit on the project and also enhances users experience will definitely attract more score and you will stand the chance of getting higher reward.

You can compile 2-4 little suggestions that are realistic and inline with the aim of the project and if you could structure it very well and state nice and reasonable benefits, it might have a chance of getting incentivized ...
