Task Specifications:

The goal of the current work proposal is to come up with a graphic identity, i.e. a proposed collection of ready-to-use font(s), colours, logo(s) and widgets that would be later used to shape a new web front-end. This collection of pre-designed elements, graphics and rules will be followed by designers or developers to ensure the website pieces will be consistent and create a cohesive experience at the end. Financial investors will be accessing public financial data stored on a blockchain platform, built as a private Steem blockchain.

a) Specifications:

• What is expected from the work request: Coming up with logos, colours, fonts and widgets relevant to the creation of a web portal that would be utilized by financial professionals.

• Name of business as it should appear on the webpage: EFTG - European Financial Transparency Gateway – Investors Portal

• Exact text to appear on the logo design: EFTG

• Tagline which could appear in a corner of the portal or as a subtitle: "Powered by Blockchain"

• Nature of business: Providing a pan European Platform Transparent to Financial Investors

• The business plans on targeting: Financial Investors

• Overall, the portal graphical design must:
  -Look professional, eye-catching, modern, high tech.
  -Matches end user requirements in terms of functionality (see #9 below for details)

• No particular preference is set in terms of colors, fonts or graphics, although the
  European Commission has a preference for the following corporate dark blue:
  (powerpoint colour palette: R=15;G=84;B=148).

• Additional comments: A draft layout of what the final portal could look like in terms of functionality is being provided below (as a guide only). This mock-up is only meant to capture visually some aspects of the required search functionality expressed by end users and does not shape what the ultimate design, colours and font should look like: Please make use of as much freedom and creativity as needed.

c) Proposed Work Activities:

• Come up with a series of fonts, colours, logos, widgets, etc - to enable a successful ultimate design creation for a new web portal running on a private Steem blockchain.

• Focus must be on the professional look-and-feel and bring the end-user to a new experience.

• Work can make use of a large freedom and sense for creativity – bearing in mind basic end-users requirements in terms of search-portal functionality.
