Contribution:Adding some features to yaxim - XMPP/Jabber (part 1).

Components

• yaxim is an XMPP client with a clean user interface and open source (GPLv2).

• yaxim aims at security, low overhead and keeping your server connection open. So far, it only supports a single account.
  Features

• Connection with a single XMPP server (or GTalk, or Facebook Chat.

• Immediate reconnection on 3G/WiFi network changes (seamless with XEP-0198)

• You are asked about self-signed SSL certificates

• Allows automatic connection after turning on your phone

• Roster management support

• Persistent message history

• Message Carbons (XEP-0280)

Proposal

yaxim is an XMPP client with a clean user interface It lacks lot of features. In my first part I want to suggest some features in it and in next suggestion I will suggestion some more features.

I'm proposing to add three features in it these are:

• Send Emoji
• Send media files
• Voice Chat

The above mentioned features are enabled in most of the messenger if these features are enabled in Yaxim messenger I believe It will be great add to it.

Benefits

• The benefits of having feature send emojis is that By sending Emojis the communication between the two users becomes very entertaining and funny.

• The benefits of having feature send media files is that we can send images, videos and documents to other person by implementing this feature the Yaxim becomes more interesting and user friendly.

• The benefits of Voice chat is that if a person find difficult to explain various stuffs to people by just text, so the need for audio recording to be able to send voice notes to the person you are chatting with is needed to ease communication.
