Within this bug report, you state that you should be able to add a tag directly to an image by entering this into the input field located at the top of the set tags page, however this particular input field is not intended to allow you to add tags directly to an image, it is in fact intended to allow you to filter tags that are already created within the application.

From the video, the reason it says that you have updated 0 photos is because you have not selected any tags to be applied to the photo, tags must be applied by clicking on the plus icon located in the tags list underneath the filter tags input field.

Within the video you filtered the tags by "Zubair" and then because this doesn't match any of the pre-built tags it means there are no tags are available to select.

If you go into the application and type in "people" you will see that the application filters to the tags to the people tag and then you can apply the tag by clicking the plus icon located on the same row as the filtered tag. Following this if you press the tick icon it will give you an indication that photos have been updated

Now I do believe that this leads for a confusing user experience which could be improved, however, based on the details you provide and my time using the application I do not believe this is an issue with the application and how it was intended to be used. It's because of this your contribution cannot be accepted.

Note: You may be able to add tags to the pre-defined tags list within settings, however, due to an issue with the settings menu I cannot confirm this.
