Suggestions for smsdroid app

Components

Smsdroid app is an app for messaging people and it's an open-source project.
It works in an offline mode and could be set as your default messaging app.
My suggestions are on the addition of the following:

1. Templates section
2. Message capacity
3. Adding a proper format to show the inboxs outbox and sent messages

Proposal

My proposal goes thus:

• Templates section

A template is an already made or prototype.
An SMS template is a ready-made SMS message that is used to send quick messages to someone. Like it is already made no need to come write the message again.

The template section would be accessed by clicking on the drop down bar (the three bottons symbol on the top right of the screen)
When clicked you get to see the quick messages.

• Addition of the message capacity button

It should be accessed when you click the drop down bar (the three dots on the top right part of the screen)
When clicked it would show you the capacity of the messages that can be stored in details)

• Adding a proper format to show the inbox outbox and sent messages

Right now on the app its difficult to differentiate from the three. You can't see your outbox that's messages that couldnt be sent. so my proposal is on the addition of tabs once clicked would link you to each of them.

Benefits

• For templates.

1. It would help ease the stress of formatting a new message like on the template there could be I am busy which could be sent without writing a new message.
2. It can be used to save messages you know you need to be sending more often and easy the strength of preparing it over and over again.
3. It can be used as a guide to make a message.
4. It can be used as a medium to store a format of a message so as to not forget.

• For message capacity

1. It helps show us the limit to which we can store messages.
2. It helps delete messages automatically if we reach the limit.

• For the addition of the proper format of inbox outbox and sent messages

1. It would save us from being confused on the app.
2. It would beautify the interface of the app.
3. It would differentiate and put in place that outbox messages as well to the app.
