Add Downvoted Button To Ease Steemit Removes The Plagiarism

I want to contribute to Utopian.io today, my contribution today is about adding the Downvoted button in the esteem app to make it easier for us to delete plagiarism accounts in steemit

The main purpose
In steemit now very much that use plagiarism account, they use it to trick others for their own benefit and they also often disguise as the identity of others for their own pleasure and benefit
So I suggest adding a downvoted button so we can easily track and destroy the plagiarism account

Here's the look that I made, I'm sure you'll all agree with the idea that I made this and also it's very easy to use it

Benefit for us
The benefits of these buttons are numerous, we can manage our power to get them downvoted and easily track plagiarism accounts
And a little extra from me, you should comment after pressing downvoted button, for example "this Plagiarism account"
