However, this is not a bug.

The advanced details feature is available to view additional information and it opens the Shutdown command which can be modified. On every save and edit a user have to click the button to view the advanced details.

It is likened to clicking the more or more info button on any application. Anytime you come back to that page you have to click it again. It is simply how it is programmed and not a bug.
