Bug: When pressing the connect button, the application exits by itself

Expected behavior

When pressing the connect button, this app should be able to connect.

Actual behavior

When pressing the button connect, this app should be able to register the connect, but this does not work at all, I've tried repeatedly. The application exits by itself.

How to reproduce

  • Install Yaxim - XMPP/Jabber Client

  • Open

  • Connect

  • Not working

  • Browser: Yaxim - XMPP/Jabber Client version 0.9.2

  • Operating system: Android 5.1

  • Smartphone: Oppo Neo 7

    There is something confusing regarding this bug report and the one before on the same app that I would appreciate if you could fix.

    There is no context provided for the details you are trying to use, someone reading your report should be able to answer these series of questions:

    1. Are the user details you are trying belonging to a valid user ?
    2. Are the user details special or ill intended ?
    3. Is the app usable in alpha, beta or some sort of stage that is not intended for public use ?
    4. Can the app be used without a user or does it have users that might not have the same experience ?
