and Dewarpatiya donated a land in Dighapatiya as a prize for the installation of the statue of Krishna, and Naokhila Pargana in Chandanbisha area of ​​Sariakandi of present-day Bogra
district.

Main gate:
One of the main attractions of Uttara Ganobhaban is its main gate. Built on top of the high gate, a huge clock, which was built by Kolkata's famous Coke and Telv Company.

Naming:
After independence on 9 February 1972, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman declared the governor's house Uttara Ganobhaban, which was known as the Northern House
of Honorable Prime Minister of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
