Everyone should watch it, and then ask themselves the most serious questions about what increasing incidents like this tell us about:

Growing state failure at multiple levels;

To what extent we should trust state actors to protect us and our loved ones when crisis comes;

Why Uvalde police took the side of the shooter, and let him continue to murder the kids;

Why those supposedly investigating the Uvalde police chief and the police response still haven't told us anything;

Why there still haven't been any firings or reprimands;

The possibility that complying with official state directives, at certain times and places, can harm or kill us and our children;

Whether or not a full, extra-constitutional, top-to-bottom national reset - as has happened many times throughout history - might be necessary.

Yes, this is only one incident. But tragically, it is part of a broader pattern of state failure, and maybe even state malice.
