Two years before the massacre at Robb Elementary School that left 19 fourth-graders and their two teachers dead, the Uvalde Police Department boasted online about having its own SWAT team.
The department posted a picture on Facebook of nine heavily armed officers with the caption “Meet Our SWAT Team.”
The unit was making visits throughout the community that day “to familiarize themselves with layouts of our local schools and businesses,” according to the February 2020 post.
But when terror came to the tiny Texas town, it’s not clear if tactical unit that seemingly trained for just such a moment turned out to respond, a law enforcement source said.
“There were so many officers, so many agencies involved,” the source said.
The first responders wrongly believing the situation had gone from an “active shooter” to a “barricaded” scenario, and waited more than an hour after the shooting started before they entered the classroom and shot the shooter.
If "active shooter" is in a "barricaded" scenario doesn't training tell you ALWAYS assumed armed as First Protection are the other civilians? Doesn't one revert back to training and NOT all the chaos in comms?
Is not the safest for all to approach as if armed. . .he was JUST shooting so. . .ARMED and dangerous!
The source said Uvalde police officers were among the makeshift group that stormed the classroom with a hero US Customs and Border Protection agent. Some of the Uvalde SWAT team may have been with them, but investigators are still putting the pieces together.
Uvalde residents are also asking questions.
“Maybe I am wrong but I haven’t seen or heard from our Uvalde PD at all?” resident Norma Hidalgo posted on Facebook early Saturday, noting that they’ve been talked about but no one from the department has addressed the public. “I really hope our Uvalde Police Department will come forth and just talk to us. To everyone. Help our community heal.”
Friday afternoon, Hidalgo shared the department’s February 2020 post, asking, “We have a SWAT team?”
Uvalde, a town of about 16,000, is spending $4.4 million, or 38%, of its $11.5 million budget for 2021-2022 on its 40-member police force.

We Do have someone willing to admit the error!
Col. Steven McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, admitted cops bungled when they mistakenly changed the approach to the standoff from an open shooter situation to a “barricaded suspect” situation.
"Cops responding to the Uvalde, Texas, school massacre “made the wrong decision” when they waited to breach the classroom door where a gunman had barricaded himself inside with children. . ."
The on-scene commander made the call that the carnage at Robb Elementary School on Tuesday had gone from an active shooter situation to a “barricaded suspect” situation, Col. Steven McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, said in a briefing Friday.
“With the benefit of hindsight, where I’m sitting now, of course it was not the right decision, it was the wrong decision, period,” McCraw told reporters at a news conference on Friday.
“There was no excuse for that.”
The admission came as police revealed the first time that 18-year-old shooter Salvador Ramos fired off at least 100 rounds and marched in through an unlocked door that had been propped open by a teacher before he killed 19 students and two teachers.
So an 18 year old kid had already fired off 100 rounds and you don't go in after him? What gives? Why would it be downgraded from an active shooter? Something doesn't add up here and any thinking person NOT accepting the narrative Knows it!
Police also revealed there were a series of harrowing 911 calls from several students while they were barricaded inside with the gunman — with one kid pleading with a 911 dispatcher “please send police now!” The calls were taking place until moments before Ramos was killed, showing that people were still alive in the class even though authorities believed the killing had stopped.
At least one of the children making the calls survived, he said.
The new details emerged as police have scrambled to explain their response to the shooting – with more than an hour from the moment Ramos’ rampage began to when he was fatally shot.
A new, revised timeline of the mass shooting showed officers were on the scene but hesitated to go into the room where Ramos was barricaded because on-scene commander Uvalde school district police Chief Pete Arredondo believed the killing had mostly stopped.
Most of the shots were fired in the first four minutes, McCraw said, and Arredondo mistakenly believed it had become a barricade or hostage situation. The only evidence anything had changed was that the shooting had slowed.
Local authorities were criticized by parents for allowing alleged gunman Salvador Ramos to wreck havoc for approximately 40 minutes.
“The incident commander at the time believed it was a barricaded subject, they had time and there were no kids at risk,” he said.
“There were 19 officers in there,” he said. “In fact, there were plenty of officers to do whatever needed to be done, with one exception — the incident commander inside believed they needed more equipment and more officers to do a tactical breach at that point.”
19 officers there and the number of children killed?
So HOW did it all start and why was the shooter, 18-year-old Salvador Rolando Ramos gain access to the school?
Why were police chasing him in a truck and how did they allow him to get as far as the school?
Here is what is known on Tuesday, May 24, 2022
Ramos’ rampage began when shot his grandmother and drove her pickup to the school.
A teacher had propped open the door at 11:27 a.m. — a minute before Ramos crashed the truck into a ditch near the campus. The school district’s written policy says teachers are to keep their classroom doors “closed and locked at all times” and no “barriers are to be used.”
The call was made by school district police Chief Pete Arredondo, McCraw said. Ramos had crashed a pickup truck in a ditch near the school just before 11:30 a.m. and marched into the school through a door left propped open by a teacher.
Ramos popped out of the passenger side door of the truck brandishing a long rifle and carrying a bag of ammo, then fired shots at two men at a funeral home nearby. The teacher ran into the building to get her phone and came back outside, but left the door propped open, McGraw said.
She made a 911 call at 11:30 a.m. while Ramos walked across the parking lot and opened fire on the school building authorities said.
An armed student resource officer wasn’t stationed at the school but drove to the back of the school toward a person he thought was the suspect but was actually a teacher, McCraw said.
“In doing so, he drove right by the suspect, who was hunkered down behind a vehicle where he began shooting at the school.”
Ramos marched into the building at 11:33 a.m. and walked into Room 111, which was connected with Room 112, where he fired off at least 100 rounds in total, McCraw said. Three officers followed two minutes later, he said, contradicting earlier timelines shared by authorities.
Note the room he walked into and time! Many out there understand how All is Numbers. . .not saying the numbers are bad both sides speak and communicate using numbers and symbols.

That encodes 1111 19 as 1+9 is 10+6+3 is 19
19 due to the physics surrounding 19.47 and 19.5 is rounded down to the nefarious and a Key number and signal for them.
Another 19 as 0's or null.
Just interesting as all as both sides including those in the upper echelon and ONI use numbers in the war of the unseen realms.

Back to the active shooter at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas.
Two of the officers received “graze wounds” from gunfire from Ramos, he added.
At 12:03 p.m., a child inside one of the classrooms called 911 whispering for help.
This reminded me of when my daughter called me from her school after an active shooter had killed people from another school, then they were bussed to the high school where there was a bomb threat. They attempted to keep parents from accessing their children that day to, but I was able to get my daughter out and I didn't jump through their hoops! I did cross their yellow tape and made sure they knew I was leaving with my daughter and NO Paperwork!
She called back at 12:10 p.m. and said multiple students were dead, then said eight or nine children were still alive at 12:16 p.m.
A US Customs and Border Protection tactical unit armed with ballistic shields didn’t take out Ramos until 12:50 p.m., officials said. The shooter had locked the doors to the two connected classrooms and law enforcement had to get a key from a school janitor to get inside, according to authorities.
Why did it take that long? Why wait for a key when you are trained tactically and the most vulnerable of our population we are all sworn to protect are at risk?
Authorities have been scrambling to explain the response amid criticisms that the slow response might have cost lives. McGraw couldn’t say how many people were killed in the time between Ramos walking into the classroom and the moment he was fatally shot.
Emergency response experts have said a quicker response may have limited the slaughter, or could’ve meant getting the injured life-saving treatment before it was too late.
McCraw said police recovered 58 magazine after the carnage – including eight combined in the classrooms. Ramos had 1,657 rounds of ammo between what he carried to the site and what was found in his home.
There were at least 35 spent cartridges from law enforcement fire – including 27 rounds found in Room 111, where Ramos was killed.
Reports that Ramos had posted on Facebook that he planned to shoot his grandmother and shoot the school before the massacre were false — though he did say that in private one-on-one messages to a user, McCraw said.
“That did not happen. It actually happened on a message.” McCraw said.
This reported on Heavy and other various sources,
So it DID happen. . .but on a message?
This shows he was a threat!
Why wasn't this reported to officials, counselors and care givers to keep watch, do room checks and make sure he did not follow through with a clear intention?
He then engaged in an Instagram group chat Feb. 28, 2022 about him being a school shooter. On March 1, he discussed buying a gun. On March 3, another four-person chat he was asked if he bought a gun.
“Just bought something rn,” Ramos said, according to McCraw.
On March 14, he made the chilling message “10 more days.” A user replied “are you gonna shoot up the school or something?”
“No, stop asking dumb questions” and “you’ll see,” he replied, according to authorities.
He fired off more than 100 shots in the rampage as he locked himself in Rooms 111 and 112. It wasn’t until 12:50 p.m. that a tactical unit opened the door using a janitor’s key and fatally shot Ramos.
One has to ask. . .why is our government able to send $40 billion to Ukraine, but not do all that is needed to fund security for our schools in order to keep our children safe?
What IF America had a betterapproach to policing, prosecuting and jailing, we could cut violent crime in our major cities rather that troubling, harmful policies like catch and release?
What if our leaders had an increased focus on mental health programs and what IF huge city mayors did more to address the violent crime spike happening across the country?
Why is it NOT being addressed and Only excuses made y those who should have acted and Clearly did not follow proper protocol?
Sadly, huge-city mayors like Lori Lightfoot in Chicago, Muriel Bowser in Washington, Jim Kenney in Philadelphia watch the slaughter day in and day out and do absolutely nothing.
It appears the gun laws already in place did not stop this shooter from gaining access to them. How did he gain access?
“It’s a felony to possess a firearm on school premises. But that did not stop him.
Fine Warrior and Great Guardian Jimmy Gunn had some Key Questions as follows,
Legit question: They found 1,657 rounds of ammunition and 60 magazines in his possession. Those mags and ammo likely cost around $2000. That’s not counting the rifles which cost him north of $5000, and the sights on the rifles were at least $800.
He’s closing in on 10k in costs. Where did someone who worked at Wendy’s come up with that kind of money?
Annnnnnd….
The guns he bought are not “off the shelf” so he would’ve had to custom order them to a local shop. He was only old enough to place the order for 2 days. If you wanted to get those guns it would probably take you at least a week or 2 to have them delivered to a local gun shop.
I’m not suggesting some conspiracy, but some of this is not adding up.
According to Heavy. . .
Ramos entered the school with a handgun and possibly a rifle, the governor said. The Associated Press later reported the gunman was carrying “two military-style rifles.”
So WHY was he downgraded from an active shooter? Does this add up at all?
They reported this also. . .so it DID happen in a private message, which is interesting because I have had my own information with verified sources in messages Removed and Tampered with [YES I have evidence] by Facebook mods, but this was allowed to fly without contacting proper authorities? Do you find this interesting?
In a news conference on May 27, 2022, authorities confirmed that Ramos did not post publicly on Facebook that he was going to shoot his grandmother and that he had shot her and third that he was going to shoot up a school. He wrote those things privately via a Facebook messenger application.
On Feb. 28, 2022, in a four-group chat on Instagram, it was discussed about Ramos being a school shooter.
On March 1, 2022, a four-group chat on Instagram included Ramos discussing buying a gun.
On March 3, 2022, in another four-person chat, a person said that, “The word on the street is you’re buying a gun,” to which Ramos replied, “Just bought something.
March 14, 2022, there was an Instagram posting by Ramos saying “10 more days.” A user responded, “Are you going to shoot up the school or something.” Ramos answered, “No. Stop asking dumb questions, and you will see.”
So Facebook, who owns Instagram will censor and jail people for trying to expose lies, but this was allowed to Fly No Questions Asked?
The Instagram page under the username @salv8dor_ was deleted after the gunman’s name was announced by Abbott. The account included two selfies of a teen who appears to be the shooter, along with photos of two rifles. Another photo showed a person holding a gun magazine in his lap. The account followed multiple Instagram users confirmed by Heavy to be Uvalde High School students.
Another Instagram user shared messages she said the gunman sent her days before the shooting. That account was tagged by the gunman in his lone Instagram post. The Instagram user said in an Instagram story posted after the shooting that she does not live in Texas and does not know the shooter personally.
One of the shooters photos on instagram
So he EVEN gave a time frame. . .
The woman also shared message exchanges she said was with the Instagram user.
“Be grateful I tagged you,” he wrote in one message she shared. “No it’s just scary…” she wrote back.
“I’m about to,” he wrote in a message but did not elaborate.
“About to what?” she asked.
“I’ll tell you before 11,” he wrote.
“The only reason I responded to him was because I was afraid of him. I wish I stayed awake to at least try to convince him to not commit his crime. I don’t know,” the woman wrote in her story.
Another person wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo from the page, “Salvador Ramos was his name… I had no idea he was like this and if I had known it…I would not have been following him. I barely knew him… we just had normal conversation… we talked twice…”
One video emerged on Facebook that shows what some believe is the gunman entering the school. “What my girls just sent me this is at Robb. Prayers for the kids and staff,” wrote Elsa G. Ruiz, who shared the video on Facebook.
The suspect also shot his grandmother before he went into the school, according to the Associated Press. There have been conflicting reports about the grandmother’s condition, but it appears the 66-year-old woman was alive and hospitalized as of May 25.
“It is being reported that the subject shot his grandmother right before he went into the school. I have no further information about the connection between those two shootings,” the governor said in the news conference.
ABC News reported that the gunfire occurred inside the school, debunking early reports that the shooting occurred outside. Abbott said the gunman abandoned his car before entering the school and opening fire.
He went to the high school there in Uvalde.
Why did he choose the elementary school for the shooting?
Does this expose how not just Tech Giants, but authorities answering to failed leadership target the innocent rather than doing their jobs to alleviate the Real Threat?

UVALDE — Located about a mile from downtown Uvalde, the 2,400-square-foot house where movie and TV star Dale Evans was born is at a crossroads. The century-old Uvalde house reeks of ...

Here is the source, has a paywall, but let's see what else we can find.
Dale Evans Rogers (born Frances Octavia Smith; October 31, 1912 – February 7, 2001) was an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She was the third wife of singing cowboy Roy Rogers.
Evans was born Frances Octavia Smith on October 31, 1912 in Uvalde, Texas, to Bettie Sue Wood and T. Hillman Smith.[1][a] She had a tumultuous early life. She spent a lot of time living with her uncle, Dr. L.D. Massey MD FACP, an internal medicine physician, in Osceola, Arkansas.
Divorced in 1929, she took the name Dale Evans while working at radio station WHAS in the early 1930s after the station manager suggested it because he believed she could promote her singing career with a short pleasant sounding name that announcers and disc jockeys could easily pronounce.
During her time at 20th Century Fox, the studio promoted her as the unmarried supporter of her teenage "brother" Tommy (actually her son Tom Fox, Jr.), a deception that continued through her divorce from Butts in 1946 and her development as a cowgirl co-star to Roy Rogers at Republic Studios.
Shortly after the wedding, Evans ended the deception regarding her son Tommy. Roy had an adopted daughter, Cheryl, and two biological children, Linda and Roy Jr. (Dusty), from his second marriage. Together they had one child, Robin Elizabeth, who died of complications of Down syndrome shortly before her second birthday. Her life inspired Evans to write her bestseller Angel Unaware. Evans was very influential in changing public perceptions of children with developmental disabilities and served as a role model for many parents. After she wrote Angel Unaware, a group then known as the “Oklahoma County Council for Mentally Retarded Children” adopted its better-known name Dale Rogers Training Center in her honor.
In late 1962, the couple co-hosted a comedy-western-variety program, The Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Show, which aired on ABC. It was canceled after three months, losing in the ratings to the first season of The Jackie Gleason Show.
In 1964, Evans spoke at a "Project Prayer" rally attended by 2,500 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The gathering, which was hosted by actor Anthony Eisley, star of ABC's Hawaiian Eye series, sought to flood the United States Congress with letters in support of mandatory school prayer, following two decisions in 1962 and 1963 of the United States Supreme Court which struck down mandatory prayer as conflicting with the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Joining Evans and Eisley at the Project Prayer rally were Walter Brennan, Lloyd Nolan, Rhonda Fleming, Pat Boone, and Gloria Swanson. Evans declared, "It's high time that all America stood up to be counted. Let our children learn of the Lord and be free." Eisely and Fleming added that Rogers, John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, Mary Pickford, Jane Russell, Ginger Rogers, and Pat Buttram would have attended the rally had their schedules permitted.

City says demolition of late Dale Evans’ birthplace OK
June 25, 2020
Julye Keeble
Staff writer
A request to disassemble a local landmark, the birthplace of the late Hollywood star Dale Evans, with hopes of reclaiming materials for other projects and plans to divide the property into home lots has generated almost 150 comments on the City of Uvalde Facebook page, with many advocating the owners right to tear down the property, and some sharing memories of it in better days.
Koehl requested the property be designated as a local landmark in 2017. She applied last year for a tax discount offered by the City of Uvalde on their portion of taxes, but as there were multiple code violations, the application was not approved. City staff told Koehl she might apply again for the tax incentive this year once she corrected the violations.
Koehl was on the agenda tonight to address the City of Uvalde’s Historic Preservation Board regarding revoking the historic local landmark status. The meeting was canceled when the city said the landmark status of the 1905 Queen Anne-style residence at 726 Fort Clark Road was no longer valid, and Koehl was free to do as she liked with the property.
“In checking all details related to the demolition application for 726 Ft. Clark Rd. we discovered a procedural error. While the intent of the property owner, historical board and council was that the property be declared a landmark, we have decided to dismiss this case,” reads a statement the city posted on Facebook. “There will not be a meeting on Thursday.”
The error relates in part to an ordinance change made in January of this year, when the Uvalde City Council reaffirmed the landmark designation.
Interesting! I wonder if that has Anything to do with The District?
Because of a clerical error in language that was unnoticed when drafting the ordinance, the local landmark designation does not stand. The city has not specified where or how the language erred.
Koehl details many of the travails she experienced with the property on her social media page, including city fees incurred and having to clean the property and remove accumulated items left behind by renters.
She says she has learned from the experience, saying, “Hindsight being 20/20, the next time I’m tempted to ask for Historical Landmark status for one of my properties, I’ll wait until I’m finished – not before I start.”
House history
Often known as the Galloway house, the home was built by the Wood family, grandparents of Dale Evans, and Koehl requested the city of Uvalde designate it as a local landmark which could make the property eligible for a property tax discount.
The Wood House was originally designated as a landmark by the city’s preservation board in August of 2017. The decision was made in part due to distinctive architectural features, and also because of the association with Dale Evans.

I just find the timing and location interesting is all.
This home located at 726 Fort Clark Road in Uvalde is just 4 minutes or 1.4 miles from Robb Elementary.
Have you wondered about “the tunnels” under some Texas cities? If you live in Dallas or Houston, have you ever been curious about the underworld beneath downtown? Could there be a secret world of shopping, eateries, and more to explore underground? Well, this Texas Hill Country writer can definitely vouch for these worlds of tunnels. Houston, Texas is home to one of these longstanding historic underground marvels. “The first link was built in the 1930s by Ross Sterling to connect two neighboring buildings he owned, inspired by the tunnel system at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City,” according to Wikipedia.
Having worked in downtown Houston for many years, it was an interesting surprise to find what seemed like a secret entrance to another world right at the footsteps of a busy downtown building. Stairs led you straight into a whole other option of places to shop and eat during your lunch break. It’s a little get-away right at your disposal to make you feel as if you just stepped into a movie scene from something like the sci-fi thriller“Demolition Man.”
- The tunnels are more than 2 miles long.
- Designed in the 1960's
- Full of food courts and small shops
- Majority of tunnels are privately owned
- Entrances can be accessed through major office buildings
- Boasts. . .There are even travel agencies to stop in and get some information on that next vacation among the Houston tunnel system.
A handy map created by Noah Jeppson is a must before venturing the Dallas tunnels. “Dallas Pedestrian Network,” is the online map to use as a guide as you venture down under. “Downtown’s network of underground passages and sky bridges were designed in the late 1960s by international city planner Vincent Ponte,” shared dallasnews.com. Over the years various thoughts and ideas regarding the Dallas tunnels were voiced. “Many felt the tunnels had robbed downtown of its vibrancy. One urban researcher, William Whyte, in his 1988 book, City: Rediscovering the Center, wrote that Dallas was the city that had done the most to kill off its urban street life,” shared dallasnews.com
Despite the controversies and efforts to do away with the Dallas tunnels, they’re still going strong. Have you visited these tunnels? Do you feel they serve a good purpose? Are there any you’ve come across in our great state of Texas that we might be missing? Let us know!

In Only in Your State,
Most People Have No Idea This Unique Tunnel In Texas Exists
Most tunnels nowadays are ones you drive through on highways. Still pretty neat, but nothing compares to old-fashioned, underground, dark and scary tunnels. We actually have a few in Texas, but this one in Fredericksburg is especially interesting. It’s the product of many long and hard days of manual labor to carve the gigantic hole in the earth that would serve as a railroad passageway. The transport of goods allowed many towns to prosper, so it’s safe to say that our state as a whole might not be where it is today without this tunnel. See it for yourself below.
It was the first railroad tunnel east of the Pecos River - a pretty impressive feat back in those days. At 920 feet long, it's a testament to the dedication of Fredericksburg's hard workers. Even today, it's still the only railroad tunnel in the hill country.
Although no trains have passed through it in quite some time, the tunnel is definitely not abandoned. It's home to over three million bats that emerge every night at dusk. That's right, Congress Avenue isn't the only place in Texas where you can see the sky fill with the incredible creatures. They'll put on a private show for you in this lesser-known, non-tourist-infested spot. Just watch out for rattlesnakes as they're known to make their homes here in late spring, summer, and early fall.
Here’s a video of the bats emerging so you can see it for yourself. I must say, no matter how creepy it may be, it’s a pretty spectacular sight.
See it here,
Texas is home to more than 3,000 known caves and sinkholes — emphasis on “known.” As we discovered just last month, there are ancient caverns hiding right under our noses! After part of the road in a Round Rock neighborhood collapsed, a massive cave estimated to be more than 10 million years old was discovered underneath several homes. How it managed to remain undetected for all this time remains a mystery, but one thing’s for sure: it’s an incredible anomaly that deserves some attention.

The Yellow Blue Line
All the many weapons, all the gear
The cops were given couldn't make them brave.
They got their own kids out, and then stood clear
Till there was no one left inside to save.

More evidence of how either an AI, FB mod or paid instigator/agentProvocateur or simply an angry leftist attempting to push, bully, harass and force their way.
This appears to be a threat as I have Never said a word about Sandy Hook being a hoax. I have simply pointed out lack of response time on LEO's part and tells for how the "professionals" and guardians of the shooter clearly dropped the ball.
Also how any truly trained teacher Especially working at a border school Never leaves their door ajar, leaves the classroom to go check on shooting with children inside unprotected and anyone with bona fide training would make a 911 call inside while keeping the children safe.
For stating facts. ..this instigator takes my photos and other people's personal photos and makes what appear to be veiled threats.
She had anywhere from 10-15 of the same memes in consecutive order showing she is attempting to harass and bully since she can't get me and my followers to stop talking about the problems with the mainstream media narrative being pushed.
Not even One comment about the teacher who stated LEO were negligent as they had bullet proof vests and he as a teacher did not, yet it took them 77 minutes to get in. 1 shooter 11 children as others had been allowed to go home earlier.
See more evidence inside of here where I also archive the harassment along with some tells from the shooting.

Harassment and threats also archived through footage where the facebook post thread on the shooting is shown. This is how paid instigators generally conduct themselves from Shareblue Media and Media Matters, owned by David Brock [James Alefantis' ex boyfriend].

Evidence of #DefamationOfCharacter?

I have never Once said it was a Hoax, I have pointed out the Facts and information along with questions. . .Never have I once stated it was a Hoax nor have I made the claim none were hurt, rather I have stated. . .I was not physically there nor were you.
Posted over and over as if harassing and throwing a temper tantrum.
Are these people under a spell?
Posted 16 times in a row same post.
Though Not Provoked, most of the time not even addressed, she goes across multiple of my postings doing this. It's harassment.
