If I show someone an underwater rugby video, he immediately says it won't work for him. I thought of that for the first time. We are not the same, so there are people who need more time and there are people who need less time to learn the basics. An average swimmer can learn the basics on the first training and can safely go down to the bottom of the 5 meter pool, down for a few seconds and get up. I'm at this level for approx. I get to the third training session, but for me it goes slower than usual for others. The point is perseverance and practice.
Let's see what an average first training looks like. Before we begin the pool training, we get some information about what this sport is and what the main rules are. We take our trainer equipment, pipe, glasses, fin, cap and go to the pool. For those who have never used such equipment for the first time, they need to use the pipe and learn to swim with the fin so that they can move safely in the water and underwater. If we do, some dive practices can come, just in the two meters deep pool. As the minutes go, our lungs are constantly expanding. Now we can get to know the ball. During passage exercises, we almost do not notice how we can stay under water for longer and longer. Then we can play a smaller fight for the ball under the water. One of the biggest challenges can be dive to five meters deep. It's not an easy task, but with the fin is a little easier for us. The more we practice, the easier it will go, and the longer we can stay on the bottom of the pool and there will be a small game. So our lungs, our stamina and our strength develop. In principle, we are slowly coming to the end of our first training. Of course, everybody is different, who gets to that level in 30 minutes and who is in the third training session. We can't know until we try ...
