Salar de Uyuni, lies between the Andes mountains in Bolivia, is the world’s biggest salt flat resulting from a prehistoric lake that went dry, leaving behind a bright-white desertlike flat salt rock formations of nearly 11,000-sq.-km during rainy season nearby lakes overflow a thin layer of water and transforms the flats into a stunning reflection of the sky making it the largest natural mirror of the world.
