To Vaccinate or not to Vaccinate - no that isn't the question

Thank you for making a non-judging post about this topic. I made one yesterday where I went into a big problem with vaccines:

https://steemit.com/health/@theaustrianguy/the-big-psychological-dilemma-about-the-side-effects-of-vaccines

What do you think about this view?

But I also want to get into the con's real quick!

"• If vaccines are so effective, why does an un-vaccinated child threaten you?"
I don't feel threatened personally. But my baby which is too young to be vaccinated is. Just google up herd immunity.

"• The additives in the injections are toxic"
A steak of tuna has way more toxic ingredients than one injection.

"• Vaccines do not go through the same rigorous testing as other drugs"
Why should that be? What data does this rely on?

"• Many children (& adults) have been badly damaged for life by vaccination injections"
I accept that vaccines may cause severe problems in a few cases. But most likely the side effects will just be short periods of low fever. And the number of deaths protected is by far higher than the number harmed. I think the problem with this is psychological - look up my link if you want to see what I mean ;)

"• Vaccines & their additives damage the immune system."
Actually they help to build it up.

"• Vaccines cause Autism."
There is exactly one study how supports this. It was done on a database of 12 patients and the doctor doing it had a personal fight with the company of the MMR vaccine. 10 out of his 13 co-authors withdrew their support. The magazin withdrew the article. And Wakefield (the name of the doctor) lost his license for poor scientific behavior. All studies following could not show a correlation between vaccines and autism.

I don't say that vaccines are perfect and have no dangers attached. I also don't think that everybody shoudl just vaccine everything available without thinking. But not accepting vaccines as one of the best medical inventions is just plain stupid - the statistics speak for itsself. And they don't lie.

Thank you for reading. Followed you :)

Thanks for your comments.

Funnily enough - your response proves my point.

Interestingly, although there was a law passed in the US about regular safety testing/reporting THIRTY years ago... guess how many times this has been done..... zero.
