DNA in your blood is nothing. If you understand molecular biology DNA it need to be translated, transcribed to produce proteins. DNA it plays a role if its inside the nucleus but outside its doing nothing and will be deactivated by DNAases ( enzymes that degrade DNA). DO YOUR RESEARCH.
