They make it mandatory as it is very profitable business for pharmaceutical companies and at the same time governments. Just look at US....it's disgusting. With that said such an amount of vacancies on kids under 3 years old is also connected to very increased number of Autism. My hat goes down for those French docs that fight for their people! Great work on article
