Many van campers and overlanders complain about organizing gear inside their van. Getting the gear out our rigs is the monumental challenge. Seems like I was dumping containers out just to find one piece of essential gear.
Pictured below on the left is a Front Runner Wolf Pack storage container. On the right is a Sterilite storage container. The Wolf Pack can hold nearly as much gear as Sterilite even though it's about 30% smaller.
Storage solution are endless. It all comes down to packing only what is necessary. Let's be real-most of us take more with us than what we actually need. Front Runner Wolf Packs storage containers may solve most of your problems by limiting what you take and offering you easy access to your gear.
Traditional Plastic Storage Box Problems
The volumetric efficiency is low for most plastic storage solutions on the market. Most containers on the market are not specifically meant for camping or moving in and out of vehicles.
Slanted and rounded corners waste a good chunk of precious real estate space. Most storage containers don't stack well. The lids and boxes crack after a season of moving them in and out of your rig. My boxes go in and out of my Ford E350 van several times a day and I am not careful.
Sterilite are too shallow to adequately pack items. The corners are not quite square. Front Runner Wolf Pack's are deeper with tight corners making packing easy.

These storage boxes are super easy to pack inside my van. They are smaller than my Sterilite boxes and easier to move in and out of the van.
Here is a side by side comparison of the Wolf Pack and Sterilite in my living room.
Front Runner Cub Packs
While the Wolf Packs work for some of us, other overlanders and van dwellers prefer Front Runner's Cub Packs. These are a smaller version of the Wolf Packs. These solve the problem of over packing because they are smaller.
Here is what one camper had to say about the Cub Packs "I have a small SUV that I use for overlanding. I have found these to pack better and fit better than the larger Wolf Pack. Additionally since the size is smaller than tend to pack lighter, which I was surprised to realize works better. Sure I have to use more of these, but they are easy to pack supplies, and keep gear separated. Easier to haul around the camp site. Well made, with a simple locking slide. I now have 6 of these and 4 Wolf Packs, will be getting two more shortly."
