Nicotine is just a very small part of the eliquid(if It contains nicotine), so it has very limited contribution to the speed of vaporization of the eliquid.
But psychologically, the nicotine as an addictive substance will lead to the crave to consume more or much quickly by using much more powerful and efficient devices.
