My Son's Pediatrician Says Vaxxed Is A Bunch Of Conspiracy Theory Nonsense

in vaxxed •  7 years ago

My son's pediatrician asked me if we were getting the flu vaccine and the HPV vaccine today at his appointment. I said, no thank you. He went on to tell me that it is perfectly safe and you can't get the flu from the vaccine. I asked him if he ever watched the documentary Vaxxed. He said, yes and it was a bunch of "conspiracy theory" nonsense. I listened to him and, although I don't think he is uninformed, I do think he is misinformed. There was a bunch that was said at that appointment about autism and vaccines. Maybe I'll do a video about it. Stay tuned.

Hmm makes ya ask the next question of how much kick back the dr is getting...

Exactly

When my doctor asks me about getting vaxxed I say I already did at the pharmacy. When the pharmacy asks I say I did it at the doctor's office.

Personally, neither of them need to know if I am or not. And I don't really care to argue with them or have notes (which you can never get) in my charts. The government doesn't need to know either so 'F' them all!

While I think children should be vaccinated, I think that the amount of vaccines given to infants and toddlers at one time is way too much. And, I have to wonder if by doing that, we aren't creating a larger problem down the road with super-viruses.

he's most definitely wrong.

From what I know, the bottom line with the flu vaccine is that it can only prevent like 3 out of hundreds of strains...and so they use some algorithm to choose each year. The chances of them landing on the strains that will be around are very small, while the chances of them making a boatload of money by putting out the vaccine regardless is clearly high.

And though they insist one cannot get the flu from the shot...they also stress to stay away from pregnant women and cancer patients after you get it...because though one cannot get it from the shot, one can infect others.

I agree with vaccines for polio, DTP, and small pox...period. They are deadly, we know, and they do live in the environment. Aside from that they are just money makers.

I have only gotten the flu one time in my entire life.

It just so happened to be the single time I got a flu shot...go figure!
