Ingredients
2 Cup Basmati Rice Soaked for 30 Mins
1 carrot chopped
1 potato chopped
1 Bringel Chopped
2 tab sp Green peas
2 tab sp French beans
200 gms Mix sprouts (2
whistle pressure cooked)
1 sp Ginger paste
1 sp Garlic paste
1 sp Green Chilly paste
1/2 tsp Termuric powder
1 sp Red Chilly powder
2 star anise
2 bay leaves
4 to 5 cloves
1 cinnamon
4 to 5 black pepper corn
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Pinch of Hing
3 sp Oil
3 sp Ghee
In pressure cooker heat Oil+Ghee splutter Cumin seeds, Hing, Add all whole Spices and Chopped Vegetables stir it for while. Add Ginger, Garlic n Chilly paste Mix well.add salt, Turmeric n red Chilly powder. Add sprouts n Washed Rice. Add water to level rice. Stir it well. Cover with lid. Pressure cook for 2 whistle. Cool it n serve with Curd/Boondi Raita, salad and Papad.
