I have currently lost over 25 lbs eating unlimited calories on a (mostly) whole food plant based diet and I have been vegan for almost 5 years. I love art, photography, hip hop dance, podcasts (#1 being the Rich Roll podcast), learning about nutrition, and the ocean.
