Amazing Vegan Macaroons

These easy-to-make cookies are simply melting in your mouth.
Delicious.Cell-friendly.
Gluten/Oil -FREE.
Just plants & love.

#Recipe

We need:
1 cup coconut shreds
1 cup almond meal
2 T flax seeds, ground
1 handful oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 t Madagascar Vanilla
Pinch of Celtic salt.

Preheat oven 190 C / 375 F.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
Using a spoon get a small amount of mixture and press it hard between your hands before you shape it. This little trick will prevent the ready macaroons from falling apart.
You can make them any shape your heart desires. I used about 1, 5 table spoon of mixture for one cookie.

Place the rolled macaroons on a baking tray laid with parchment paper.
Bake 20-25 mins.
Let the baked macaroons cool down before handling them.
