The Art of Creating LIVE FOOD. Nine Salad Ideas.

Fresh Colorful Abundant Home-prepared SALAD is the best meal around.
Not only it tastes amazing ( You can make it so real easy), it acts as a medicine: rejuvenating the system, cleansing the BODY, clearing the MIND & boosting Immunity.

Mixing all sorts of fresh veggies, herbs & sprouts with nuts, seeds & dry fruits can become a creativity process, an exciting art that everyone benefits from - your cells & your state of WELL-BEING, your loved ones & the EARTH.

Here is a LIST of veggies, herbs & other high vibe edibles that we need to turn our Salad into Art:

All kinds of GREEN leaves: Roman/Iceberg lettuce, Rocket, Arugula, Spinach, Curly Endive, Watercress, Kale, Beet greens, etc.
All sorts of veggies: Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Zucchini, Sweet Pepper, Red Cabbage, Onion, to mention just a few.
Fresh fruits such as Apple, Avocado, Tomato, Figs, etc.
Fresh garden herbs: Coriander, Parsley, Mint, Sage, Oregano, Basil, Chervil, Dill, Thyme, Tarragon, etc.
Sprouts are most medicinal high vibe foods available to us, consumed on their own they might seem too intense, yet combined with veggies & herbs, they will turn any meal into medicine. Good rule to follow with these nutrient bombs: the more - the better.
And finally, other good4u edibles that can be used in the art of making a LIVE SALAD:

  • Raw nuts such as Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pine nuts, to mention just a few.
  • Seeds such as Pumpkin, Sunflower, Hemp, Sesame, etc.
  • Dry fruits such as Cranberries, Raisins, Cherries, Dates, Prunes, Figs, Apricots.

Delicious dressing & intelligent combination will lead to creating a great salad.
It is a good idea to get creative and customize our creations to our own palate and those we are creating for.
The basic formula of a salad dressing - oil + lemon juice + spices&herbs.
Our choices of the ingredients to play with determines the nutritious value of our creation.
