That raises the question ... Would you say vegans don't consider themselves animals? I always wodered....avoiding anything animal I guess would imply that. Besides I'm more or less a regional and seasional eater...meaning there is no transport needed at all. But then again I also have the luxury to be spoiled in that regard which some dont...same goes for dandelions. I like it too. But prefer em with cooked potatoes so they soften up a bit lol. When they start blooming we usually make syrup out of the blossoms.
