In this video, we are making a chickpea salad sandwich. This is a great vegan alternative to tuna or egg salad. This will make a big batch that you can save for leftovers or pack for the next day. These are the ingredients you need:
• 2-15oz canned chickpeas
• 1 cup onion
• 1 cup celery
• 4 tbs tahini
• 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Dash of sesame seeds, salt, and pepper
• 1 Slice of Tomato
• 1 bunch of Greens
• 2 slices of Bread
