For his M&M entry, no it's not those horrible sweeties, it's Magical and Medicinal! check out these beautiful mushrooms! and there's some magic ones in there too. I think everyone could do with some SOUL FOOD by resetting the body and mind with some magic at least once in their life. This was an often daily practice for our Paleo ancestors, I think we can learn a lot from them and the mushroom! I had a hard time deciding on third place so I made it a joint position between these two awesome women, because a healthy breakfast and a powerful raw food lunch are both really important. Both of them are absolutely rocking it on Steemit with amazing healthy vegan recipes!
I particularly liked @vegan.niinja's millet alternative to oats because it's a great gluten free alternative for a hearty breakfast.
And @plantsforplanks creates no boring salad, its a tasty, filling and antioxidant rich dish to keep you fit and healthy!

Finally
I wanted add a special shout out to @Fruitarianism for posting his very informative article on how food doesn't do the healing but the body does.... but at least putting the right foods into the body certainly aids the healing process where as junk doesn't.

Thanks to everyone again who enetered the challenge it was really nice to share different insights, I hope to run this challenge in the near future but will taking a break from it this month.

Good job.
Water is one of the easy one to forget to drink enough. Kind of silly since most of us is made of water! Alcohol I removed a year ago from my life and it was a great idea. Since now I have 1 extra day every week with clarity. It adds up very fast on a long period of time.
