Until I looked on Earthship's website lol. Still costs a lot of money. The Phoenix alone is 1.5 million :( And yes the earth herself is a self providing home, just need to find a cost effective way to live without having to spend so much haha. That's why I like the idea of tiny homes, shipping container homes, yurts, etc since they're more affordable.
