I like to eat tomatoes, onions, lettuce and garlic everyday. Will that help me grow body mass?

Hello, an excellent way to acquire protein, without expensive drinks and maintaining a vegetarian diet is to add beans to your menu. They are a rich source of lean protein, which when combined with rice are an extremely nutritious food. I hope it helps you, good luck.
