After being vegan for almost three years, my girlfriend and I decided to try out fully raw vegan. It has been 11 days since we made the transition and so I thought I would share some unexpected things that I've noticed. We plan on trying out raw vegan for 30 days and then evaluating if we want to incorporate cooked foods back into our diet. But so far we both love it and I think it will be easy to carry through the summer. I can't wait for more in season fruits to hit the markets, I'm ready to get my melon game on!
Anyone else out there try going fully raw vegan? Got any words of wisdom for us noobs? :)
