I'd rather have the food cook itself periodically while I go along with my day.
But those are really easy and fast to serve:
Here we go!
- You prepare falafel from beans or chickpeas or you can buy them ready mixed in your local store - we do both depending on our laziness. Here is a tutorial
- With your falafel mixture ready you can choose to either deep fry them or put them in a pan if you prefer less fat
- Add burger toppings with the toasted bread of your choice
Voilá!
I like to add polish mustard and ketchup
