Have you ever had jackfruit as a meat replacement? The texture and consistency is similar to pulled pork. In Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries they use young cooked jackfruit in savory dishes like curries. This bowl had kimichi and homemade coconut tahini sauce! So tasty and so healthy!
