Chickpeas salad in my style :How To Weekly Contest

Hi, Today I give one healthy snack CHANA SALAD

Protein pressed, delightful and solid chaat nibble made with kabuli chana/chickpeas and basic fixings. You can change this formula anyway you like and make it to suit your taste buds. This chana chaat can be made utilizing kabuli chana or kala channa also. I don't take after a specific formula to make this chaat. Flavor, tang, sweetness with a decent measure of cleaved onions, tomatoes and cucumber is all that is expected to make a decent chaat.

Chickpeas are rich in fiber, calcium and protein as well. These are appropriate to everybody from the diabetic to typical people since they are of low GI. They can be a decent wellspring of calcium and protein for vegetarians.

Chana chaat makes a magnificent breakfast, a mid-morning nibble or an after school nibble as well. On the off chance that expended as breakfast, it can prop you up for a considerable length of time by keeping you full.

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Channa : 1 cup

  • water : as required

-oil :2 table spoon

  • mustard seeds : 1/2 tea spoon

-Uranus dal : 1/2 tea spoon

  • Chenna dal : 1/2 tea spoon

-Green chillies : 3 finely chopped

  • carrot :1

, - coconut : 50 grams greated

-raw mango :1

-cucumber :1

  • salt : as required

  • curry leaves : 5

PRESCRIPTION :-

STEP 1:-

Fir this first you so k the channa over night, at early morning boil and drain like this. On boiling add required salt to it. It h I've excellent taste.

STEP 2 :-

Then we chopp carrot, mango, cucumber and coconut also.

STEP 3:-

Now heat a pan with oil and make a seasoning using muster seeds, urad dal, channa dal.

STEP 4 :-

Then add chopped chillies and curry leaves to it, and fry 1 minute

STEP 5:-

Then add chopped coconut, carrot, mango and cucumber one often one, and fry then for 3 minutes with adding little bit salt.

STEP 6:-

Then add boiled channa to it and mix them well

Fry them for 2 minutes, now transfer to bowl

Now colour full and healthy, tasty CHICKPEAS SALAD is ready, now enjoy all of you.
