Thank you for reading! As far as % raw it's all about what brings in the highest amount of joy. I waited quite awhile to make the leap because socially, personally, etc I knew staying with some cooked foods was beneficial to my overall happiness and I could still enjoy as much raw food as I felt like without going 100%. Thank you for the info on the #fruitsandveggiesmonday contest I'll look into it : )
