Chia is one the the healthiest, guilt free and delicious desserts, not to mention super easy to make, even if you have no culinary skills whatsoever. I have been experimenting with chia last few years and came up with several yummy chia pudding recipes. These are few of them and I hope you will like it.

SWEET TEMPTATION
Chia pudding with Cacao & Matcha

INGREDIENTS for 4 servings
β€’ Chia 2/3 of a cup
β€’ Coconut milk 2 Β½ cup
β€’ Raw cacao powder 2tbs
β€’ Matcha powder 2tbs
β€’ Maple syrup 8tbs
β€’ Raspberry & Kiwi (or fruits of your choice)

PROCESS
β€’ In a bowl, mix thoroughly 1/3 Chia with 1 ΒΌ of coconut milk & 4 tbs maple syrup.
β€’ Add cacao and mix thoroughly.
β€’ Divide the mixture into 4 glasses, creating the first layer.
β€’ Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for couple of hours.
β€’ When ready, repeat that process again, but this time with Matcha. Matcha, creating the second layer.
β€’ Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.

I did it little bit differently, just for the photo, so if you like to experiment you can try other ways and see what you can come up with.

CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING WITH STRAWBERRY CREAM πŸ“πŸŒΈπŸ“

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/3 cup of Chia
1tbs raw cacao
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Coconut nectar

Blend all together in a bowl and place into fridge for couple of hours
When ready you can apply sliced strawberries around the bottom of your glass and fill up with the pudding up to 3/4 of your glass. Place back into fringe for couple more hours.

For the cream:
1/ 2 frozen fully ripe banana
1/4 cup of canned fat coconut milk (for the best results, use cooled Thai brand and only the thick part on the top of the can)
1/2 cup of strawberries

Blend all together and pour on top of your ready pudding. Garnish with strawberries.

As you can see there are many variations of flavours you can add to Chia, but the basics ratio is aways

Light coconut milk 1 1/4 cup
Chia 1/3 cup

Mix together, fill your bowls and leave in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
The rest is up to you πŸ‡πŸπŸ‘πŸŒΈπŸ‘πŸπŸ‰
