Jugo

▪2 ramitas de apio
▪3 zanahorias
▪1 ramita de perejil
▪10 hojas de espinacas

Preparación:

Lavar y cortar en rebanadas las zanahorias. Lavar y picar el perejil, el apio y la espinaca. Colocar todos los ingredientes en el extractor. Licuar por unos instantes. Tomar este jugo a diario preferiblemente por la mañana.
