NUT YOGHURT.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
50 g of hazelnut;
1 banana;
1 avocado;
2 dates without pits;
400 ml of water;
pinch of vanillin.

How to cook:

  1. Peel and cut the banana slices. Put it in a container and send it to the freezer for several hours. Soak the hazelnuts in warm water for half an hour, then peel the nuts from the shell and drain the water.

  2. Cut the avocado into halves, remove the stone, and fold the pulp into the blender. Then pour out the hazelnuts, add banana, dates, water and vanillin. Whisk in a blender until smooth.
    Serve "yogurt" in the crockery, decorated with walnuts.
