I love something warm, rice, spices.
This time I made a sauce with black beans in it. Basically just fry garlic, onions first. Little later, add raw ginger. When the smell is cooked,, not raw, add tomatoes. Let cook for a while befor adding the pre-cooked beans. Salt, pepper, turmeric. I served this with roasted pumpkinseeds and avocado. Enjoy!
