While technically not really a charcuterie (which is defined as cut up meats and cheeses) we have gotten some exciting new vegan cheeses for our platters at work. Taking it to the next level!!
Veganism as a fad seems to have crested but there are still a good number of them coming in to where I work. It’s a spa so we encounter a lot of different lifestyles here.
Now they have a bit more variety on their platters. So good!!
