I would like to see a vegan guy or girl do a cow diet challenge and mainly eat raw veggies for a day or two maybe even a week or more.
I think a 240 pound guy would need to eat at least 5 pounds of veggies a day since hay is probably somewhat dry. cow diet

I am a raw foodist. I have been observing the diet of my animals in the forest. They consume grasses, grains, herbs, flowers, clover, and various berries and fruits they find.
I partake of thier foods as my appetite suggests but primarily I sustain myself on the raw milk from my goats.
My ultimate experiment wiil be the living from the milk of my yak which is currently gestating an embroy in her womb.

I weigh 180 at 6 foot.

Cows eat fruits and berries yes and oranges apples avacado pits holly pampas grass saw grass and many other plants and invasive species not fit for human consumption.
I cannot eat berry brambles or avacado pits but they can. It is the animal planet.
Intermittent fasting and limeted caloric intake is optimal for a long and healthy life.
