So... which one is better?

in vegan •  7 years ago

Vegan alimentation is ethic and sustainable. And I posted this to show that it s also healthy and it s not true that eating meat is better. And what s the problem in eating 300 g of broccoli instead of a peace of steak? 300 g of broccoli will not kill none. Vegetables in general are not heavy

I don't disagree with you. Meat generally has been shown to be detremental in some aspects of health. I was merely just pointing out factual inaccuracies in your post. Calorie for calorie, the numbers are just plain wrong.

As a meat eater, I fully agree that the meat industry is unethical and unsustainable, and as such, im trying to cut down on my consumption.

If you're after protein, I'd expect mushrooms and tofu to be better options.

I don t eat mushrooms or tofu. And I started to drink soya milk recently, but for 3 years I was completly healthy only with vegetables, cereals fruits and pasta. I never had problems with proteins or any other substance. My alimentation is very good, even the doctors admitted that my blood results are just perfect. And I am also a sportive person.

Do what works for you! Though I wonder, what did you eat cereal with before? :o

By cereals I mean these![cereali.jpg](

Oh right, we just call them grains over here. Do you like porridge?

Anyway, for the breackfast cereals that you ment, I don t need vegetable milk, I can just boil water and put chocolat powder with sugar, it s delicious ;) image2.jpeg

mm, that does sound quite nice, though I'm not sure my stomach would like that first thing in the morning ^_^'
