Karma filled foods.
I am reminded of a few sayings.
1st the commandment. "Thou shall not kill"
2nd the phrase "you are what you eat"
3rd the quote about the wages of Sin being death.

It is apparent to me on the surface that if you consume dead things you can not expect to derive life from it.

This is the reasoning for raw food consumstion.
Cooking edible food kills the biophotons and destorys most of the foods nutrition.

Pastureization also kills the benifits of milk and causes it to putrify and sour to be unsafe.

Raw milk left out to its own curdles to cheese or
If left in a warm spot exposed to air becomes yogurt.

These truths are easily revealed in other "under developed countrys"

I see the older tradition of antiquity more trustworthy than modern profit
Motivated "knowledge".

Indeed to liberate yourself from the chains of mental slavery is a rebelious act, sure to raise the rath of the satus quo.

The Essene Gospels of Peace, reveal the teachings of Jesus regarding these matters and is clear.

Cooking food is bad.
Eating fleash is sin.

These teaching enraged the temple authorities and resulted in Jesus' crucifixion.

I highly recommend the Essene Gospels for the truth regarding health longevity and happiness.

Enoch saw no death following the precepts.
Methuselah lived to 900 and was taken by the flood.

Vedic knowledge is ripe with this wisdom also.
