Vegan cow diet challenge

in vegan •  7 years ago

I am a raw foodist. I have been observing the diet of my animals in the forest. They consume grasses, grains, herbs, flowers, clover, and various berries and fruits they find.
I partake of thier foods as my appetite suggests but primarily I sustain myself on the raw milk from my goats.
My ultimate experiment wiil be the living from the milk of my yak which is currently gestating an embroy in her womb.

Does my experience qualify for your inquiry?

I weigh 180 at 6 foot.
I consume 2 lbs of milk once a day.

Do cows eat fruits and berries? You're probably getting a lot of your calories from the milk. I'm mainly curious how a pure raw veggie diet would go. It seems like if a cow could do it humans could do it.

Cows eat fruits and berries yes and oranges apples avacado pits holly pampas grass saw grass and many other plants and invasive species not fit for human consumption.

I cannot eat berry brambles or avacado pits but they can. It is the animal planet.

Intermittent fasting and limeted caloric intake is optimal for a long and healthy life.

I suggest investigating the Dr. Aman Ra regime as seen on youtube

Too bad we mainly only feed them hay grass and/or corn. :(
