Happy evening everyone! :)
There is 1 product on earth that I cannot, with a good conscience, let other people ignore: that's milk, and any other dairy product.
I am here to remind you, or plant the seed, that milk is one of the most evil products that people believe--due to advertising and marketing--is good to consume.
- physiologically,
- pathologically,
- emotionally,
- mentally,
- scientifically,
- environmentally, and
- ethically...
...milk is a substance that does not belong in the adult human body.
Not to scare you, but to give you TRUTH
Read this out loud with me:
- Milk will clog up and destroy our glands (thyroid, sex glands, etc.)
- Cooked milk is extremely acidic, easily leading to ulcers, cancerous cells (burnt by acid), and teeth and bone demineralization.
- Milk is mucus forming: giving us "seasonal" allergies, runny nose, a throat that often needs to be cleared out, and the occasional (or frequent) sinus infection.
Myths about Milk
- "It does a body good." - no, it clogs the body up. This is not good--all fluids must flow, even in the tiniest of spaces in the body...which there are many!
- "Drink milk for strong bones." - cooked milk by itself will absolutely not make your bones stronger. Loads of research from 100 years ago to now show that Vitamin D, which is commonly added to milk, aids in stronger bones and teeth re-mineralization.
- "Infants need milk formula." - this is quite a sick and twisted lie. Once weened from their mother, babies and toddlers THRIVE on non-pasteurized juices; from orange juice, coconut milk / water, grapefruit juice, watermelon juice, to even grapefruit juice!
- "It helps when you get hot pepper in your eye, or ingest too much spices!" -- next time you have too much spice, or get it in your eye, use an Apple instead. Not apple juice, but bite into the apple and rub the inside of the apple on and into your eye area. Spicey stomach? Eat an apple! You will THANK me and never use milk again :)
Sneaky foods that you wouldn't expect to contain MILK
- French fries
- nearly all "creamy" sauces
- most western BREAD (hotdog buns, hamburger buns, loaves, etc.)
- nearly all cheeses -- including "Ricotta".
Check CLOSELY with the suppliers on these. If you are at a restaurant, ask to see the ingredients or packaging. You will be shocked, and you may even start to wonder why the heck these companies insist on adding cooked milk. Is it because it will make their products more addicting?
Good to see that you are throwing light on a very important issue which most see it as a non-issue. I was happy to resteem this article.
BTW, vitamin D isn't added to milk at all places. In my country, we get enough Sun to get the Vit. D free. Yet milk is in fact a primary cause of osteoporosis, rheumatism and weak bones. Because of the acidity in milk, Calcium is leeched from our bones & teeth. This is the reason why countries which consumes a lot of dairy suffer from diseases like osteoporosis.
And do french fries contain milk? That's a news to me though I knew most of them are non-vegan. But do throw some more light on it. Thanks!

Not all french fries contain milk, and of course it does happen. Did you notice that it is a stereotype that people from Great Britain have the worst teeth? (Or used to pre year 2000.) Probably has something to do with their high dairy intake and the fact that their skies are almost always covered in clouds :D

I have realized that people are more willing to give up dairy before giving up meat. So then...i'll work to help them change with baby steps :D Thank you for spreading the word to others on this cruel industry! Heck, my post didn't even mention the cruelty aspect...and that really is a big one!

I gave up cows milk and canker sores cleared up completely. I still drink some goats milk and occasional cheese though. I will probably cut back on the cheese because it's very fattening.

Yea man, just give up all of that cooked dairy. It's all evil on the body. I am having to reprogram myself with different enjoyable experiences... for example, when I was young, I used to love the feeling of bringing a cup of cold milk to my mouth, smelling it as I opened my mouth, taking that sip... but now, those words do not even excite me.
And now? Now I'm working on getting rid of that happy experience I had while eating burgers long ago. Let's cut these poisons that no-longer serve us!

"i can't do that" is only a software program for your mind. Tell yourself, "I can do that"--whether you believe it or not, say it! it will help :) Good luck!
