What made you realize you were being lied to? I believe I realized it from being presented with painfully obvious information...and then realizing that information has been around for a long time. I judge that the info I am referring to was definitely intentionally suppressed from public knowledge ... because there’s no way everyone is that stupid.

Common sense. For example, I’d eat something then I’d feel sick afterwards. I was like “this can’t be right, I eat then feel sick almost all the time!” Then I found others who felt the same way (no one in my immediate social circle!) and they introduced me to raw veganism.
