I'm a Chef at an organic cafe and I'm constantly looking for new recipes for our vegan customers. I think this could be a hit!!! Will definitely have to experiment! Thanks for sharing!

    Oh that's so cool, definitely try it out! If you'd like the cheese to be white simply leave out the steamed carrots! Both versions are super delicious!
