Vegan Gochugaru-Salad (Recipe)

You need:
gochugaru (korean red chili pepper flakes)
blackseed oil or flaxseed oil (or any other salad oil you prefer)
roasted sesame oil (just a tiny little bit)
soj sauce / or a bit of salt
herbs (if you want, use whichever you like)
lemon
fresh mushrooms
red cabbage
nappa cabbage (aka chinese cabbage / Napa)
(+) some extra vegetables (I used carrots and cucumber, but you can use nearly everything)

  1. Cut everything how you want it to be sized
  2. [better start with less of everything and add some later] - mix the lemon juice + the oil + soj sauce/or salt + some gochugaru (depends how hot you want it) + (about) 1/4 of a teaspoon roasted sesame oil
  3. put all the veggies into the oil mix - and mix
  4. taste it and add gochugaru / lemon juice / roasted sesame oil / soy sauce to your liking

  2. name it kimchisalad
