Let’s do lunch !! These Boxes are great for lunch - not so much dinners. This soup had carrots, red lentils, corn and red peppers.
I like the fact I don’t have to think about dinner/lunch and these are fabulous for new vegans and new cooks.
What is YOUR fav Chef Box? Do they even have these outside the US?
